I opened Willow tree Preschool in September 2019 with my deputy manager Karina Foster at my side we dedicated our time to creating a warm, friendly educational safe enviroment. It gives me great pleasure to see the setting grow and work with a fantastic team of caring individuals.
I am a mother of three children Chloe 20, Carrie 18, Freddie 17. I live locally in Haywards Heath. My son Freddie was diagnosed with ASD and ADHD at a young age, this has given me first-hand experience with special needs.
I have been working with children for the past 14 years, also being an OFSTED registered childminder for over 8 years with NVQ level 3 in CCLD. I worked as a qualified nursery nurse for 5 years previous to this. I love working with children and seeing them grow in their learning and life, I have a passion for helping children with additional needs after experiences with my own child.
Karina Foster

Karina has been in childcare for 8 years and worked with ages ranging from 0-13 years. She has been with Willow tree Preschool since the opening of the setting in September 2019, helping to build the preschool into a caring and nourishing learning environment.
Karina has a great passion for working in childcare, helping and watching the children grow throughout the child's years in the setting. She has now got her own bundle of joy who is currently 3 months old. Karina loves investigating play especially messy resources allowing the children to have lots of sensory and creative experiences
Sammy Best

Sammy joined willow tree preschool in November 2021, she has worked with children for 10 years and is also a mother to two children.
It has always been a passion of hers working with children, being part of watching them explore and have fun. Seeing them make friendships and grow in confidence. She enjoys being able to help and watch them grow and achieve their goals, giving them support and guidance throughout their learning.
Chloe Fogwill
Supply Pre-School Assistant

Chloe has been part of Willow tree preschool since we opened in September 2019. She is a sales representative and helps at the preschool as and when required.
She has grown up around childcare with her nan being a childminder for 35 years and Louise who is the mother of Chloe who has been working in childcare for 14 years. Chloe has good patience and understanding towards children and also has experience of challenging behaviour through growing up alongside her brother.
Chloe has complete digital media in 2019 in college and is responsible for our media resources and providing professional photographs within the setting.
