Our aim for Willow tree pre-school is to provide a fun, safe, educational enviroment, so children feel safe and happy while they learn and have fun. It is of great importance to us to promote good communication with parent/carers so they feel confident and happy to leave their child in our care. We will be keeping an open and approachable manner, to respect their individual needs, wants, culture.

Our Practise will ensure each child is treated as an individual promoting their learning and development working around their individual needs, interests and stages of development of each child in our care, providing challenging enjoyable experiences.
We strive to maintain a high standard of care and will be providing consistency, routine, and a positive attitude being a good role model for the children in our care. Taking time to listen and treat each child as an individual, keeping to the principles “every child matters”
